OFFICIAL REVIEW OF PURE NIGHTCLUB

PURE Nightclub is one of the largest in Las Vegas and is certainly one of the most popular amongst visitors. While this 40,000 sq ft venue features one of the most elaborately simple decors of any of the nightclubs in the world that I have visited, that isn't why the general public sometimes will wait hours on end just to get inside. It probably has more to do with the fact that you can't turn on MTV, VH1, or Entertainment Tonight without seeing a clip of some A-List celebrity walking through Pure's grand entrance.

KNOW WHAT EXPECT....

There is nothing worse than not knowing what you are getting into when you plan a night out. If you are arriving to PURE Nightclub either on the guest list or as a general admission customer, you can expect a wait of up to an hour (or more on holiday weekends). So that there isn't any problem getting into the club once at the rope, gentlemen should make sure to wear a collared shirt, or sport coat, and should always make sure to wear black leather shoes. The main room of the club is usually crowded, but is best enjoyed by reserving table service, or by finding a nice resting spot along the bar on the right side of the mainroom.

Due to the high numbers of guests inside the nightclub, PURE is very strict on the number of people table customers are allowed within their area. Each person will be given a stamp or wristband, and those without either will have a difficult time getting into your table area.

 

A VIRTUAL WALKTHROUGH:

When you walk up to PURE you will come to a giant cluster of people fighting to get in the club (this is the guest list and table reservation area), followed by an incredibly long line of people to your right (this is the pay line). Unless you have a table reservation, or are a group of uber-hot girls, it might take a bit. Be patient.

*Tip: Get to PURE early (10:30-11pm). Regardless of whether you are on the guest list, are a paying customer, or have a table; it will be an absolute headache to try and fight the crowds at the door when it is at its busiest.

After you pass the ropes into PURE, you will walk through a long white hallway that leads into the main room. I would suggest that you check out the rest of the club before walking into the main area. On your left you will see a set of stairs that leads to the Rooftop Terrace, this area plays “house” music and is a lot less congested than the rest of the club. Take the glass elevator downstairs and you will be right near the “Red Room.” The bar in this room usually isn’t as busy as the others, so you will be able to get your drinks a lot faster. From the “Red Room” you can easily walk into the “Main Room” (just make sure that your drink isn’t totally full, because you probably are going to get bumped into).

If you were on the guest list (or are a part of a table) you received a special little stamp on your wrist. If you have it, you can enter the “Pussycat dolls room” and watch the sexy show that goes on every 30 minutes or so.
